A Hertfordshire Personal Branding with Erzulie Cakes
I've been lucky enough to know and work with the lovely Nina lots over the last few years of my business, and I was delighted when she asked me to do some photos to showcase her brand, products and her lovely self too!
Nina booked mea while back to do a few different types of shoots for her, when under her previous brand name of Meadowsweet Cakes (you will see a bit of Meadowsweet Cakes branding in these images for that reason!). For our first Half Day brand shoot, we took over some space in a local venue and styled it to look like a kitchen space. We captured some images of Nina at work, and some lovely portraits of her too. Our second shoot was to photograph some detail photos of Nina that she needed for a magazine article in a Cake Maker magazine. Nina is a total master at making stunning sugar flowers, and she needed some images that illustrated the different steps required to make them. It was actually fascinating to see the time and effort it takes to make each individual petal and flower!
Our third shoot together was to photograph some of her cakes with a wedding themed setup, with flowers kindly provided and styled by the lovely Sara at Queen and Eden. Nina was preparing an offering of more minimal 'style it yourself' cakes with delicious buttercream, which she wanted photographed alongside her stunning centrepiece cakes.
It's always such a pleasure to work with Nina, and I can't wait to capture more of her and her stunning creations in the future!
