Hertfordshire Personal Branding and Product Photography with Betty & Bird Jewellery

The lovely Melina approached me in 2021 when she was at the point of launching her new website for her gorgeous jewellery business, Betty & Bird. I absolutely love Melina's jewellery, it's so organic and beautiful with real handmade charm, plus it's made with recycled precious metal and all packaged in stunning eco friendly recycled packaging. I was so delighted to be a part of her website and to help her create imagery for her brand.

I often find that people reach out for some branding photography when there is an upcoming website launch or website update, it's the perfect time to invest in some brand new imagery. Melina and I chatted about what she needed from her photos in terms of creating the right feel on her website, plus what she needed in terms of types of shots and where they would be situated. The planning chat is a key part of my preparation for your shoot when I can find out more about what you need and want from your images.

Melina was very clear that she wanted a particular natural, summertime, organic feel to her shots and we had a couple of dates scheduled in for the shoot which ended up being put off due to poor weather. In the end, I'm so glad we held out as we had the most beautiful summers evening and golden light that allowed us to really create the right look and feel for Melina's images. We also shot some of her jewellery out and about too, and i finished up by shooting some more flat-lay based product images for her to sell her products online and showcase them on social media.
